When shall I receive my order?
Orders are processed and dispatched every day, 5 days a week, except weekend and bank holidays. So all orders placed during the weekend and bank holidays will be processed first thing in the next working day. The average delivery lead time to Europe, US and Australia is received within 10 days.

How much is the delivery cost?
Nothing to the UK. We do absolutely free delivery to the UK shipping address.

Why is my order shipped from Hong Kong rather than from the UK?
For orders placed within the European countries, we do dispatch the orders from the UK, for order placed from the rest of the countries, we use our hong kong depot to dispatch the orders. This way we can keep the price low so that we can offer the free delivery to you.

Can I reach you by phone or email?
As to keep the price low, we strongly suggest you to send us an email instead of give us a call. By this way we can run our business with minimum overhead costs, in returns we can offer the low price as well as free delivery to you. We aim to reply any emails within 24 hours.
